Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using HealthcareMagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..
From your given history you may have a kind of renal problem that may show
back pain symptoms . it could be a kind of renal stone or gravel or it really could be a muscular back spasm or
sprain .
Try to have a high fluid intake , proximol sachets , avoid high salts and protein meals if pain persist i recommend urine analysis , U/S abdomen and pelvis to rule out any kind of
renal dysfunction and
urinary tract infection .
If you had a muscular spasm use hot massages with topical gels , muscle relaxants , B12 vitamin supplements will be helpful for most of cases .
If no progress visit your physician for proper evaluation and management to prevent further complications .
